Client Experience & Business Growth Executive (Interior Design Industry) Location: Barrackpore, Kolkata About the Role We are a growing interior décor and design showroom in Barrackpore, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, and people-oriented professionals to represent our brand, meet clients, and help expand our presence across homes, offices, and commercial spaces. This is not a desk job and not cold calling. This is a field-facing, relationship-driven role where you become the face of our brand and help clients choose the right interior solutions. What You will Do - Visit client homes, offices, and commercial properties to understand their interior needs - Present our interior décor solutions, materials, and concepts - Coordinate with the showroom and design team to close deals - Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, and builders - Generate new business opportunities and contribute to company growth - Represent the brand professionally in the field Who Should Apply Candidates with confidence & communication skills - Experienced field sales or relationship executives - Candidates from real estate, interiors, furniture, lifestyle, or building materials background - Anyone who enjoys meeting people, travelling locally, and closing deals - No interior design experience required — we provide product and process training.
