Location: Noida, Sector-16 (Field Role | Pan India Coverage) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1.5 – 6 Years Industry: SaaS / B2B Software About Us We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup building cloud-based solutions for sales productivity and customer engagement, including CRM, WhatsApp automation, and telecalling platforms. We focus on execution, ownership, and real business impact. Role: We are looking for a client-facing Post-Sales professional who can manage onboarding, drive product adoption, and grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complete post-sales lifecycle: onboarding → adoption → retention → upsell - Conduct in-person client meetings (5–6 daily) for demos, training, and relationship building - Onboard and train customers on SaaS products - Drive product usage and ensure high customer satisfaction - Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
