Role & Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with key clients Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams Coordinate with operations to ensure timely vehicle and equipment deployment Support quotations, rate negotiations, and work order closures Track account performance, billing, and payment follow-ups Resolve client issues and ensure high service satisfaction What We’re Looking For 1-4 years of experience in logistics/transportation/project cargo Strong client-handling and coordination skills Understanding of ODC / project logistics is preferred Good commercial and communication skills What We Offer Exposure to large infrastructure and EPC clients Growth opportunities in a reputed logistics organisation Hands-on role with end-to-end account ownership
