Role Description The Client Partner will serve as the central point of contact between clients and the agency. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing client relationships, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring that client marketing goals align with execution across teams. Key responsibilities include: • Managing client communication and satisfaction • Coordinating with Performance Marketing, Creative, SEO, Website, and Social Media teams • Overseeing project timelines and delivery • Consulting on digital marketing strategies • Identifying account growth and upselling opportunities Compensation • Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Qualifications • 1–5 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing / Digital Marketing roles • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships • Strong consulting and strategic thinking skills • Experience in Project Management, including planning and delivering marketing projects • Familiarity with Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in Sales or Upselling services to existing clients • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Comfortable working in a Hybrid Work Environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
