As a Client Partner (CP) at the assigned account scope, you will be responsible for all client interfaces. Your main tasks will include building an account plan and managing clients based on that plan. Typically, you will handle a single account or part of a larger account with a significant annual book of business. To excel in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 10+ years of experience, with strong sales, relationship management, and account management skills. - Significant business development and project management experience. - Relevant industry/vertical experience. - Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with various client contacts. - Hands-on experience in proposal creation and leading proposal presentations. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Wide-ranging IT and business consulting engagement experience. Your knowledge should encompass: - Understanding of industry-specific go-to-market solutions. - Familiarity with industry-specific business issues and drivers. - Experience with Global Delivery Model. - Ability to manage large multi-location consulting engagement teams. - Previous experience as an Account Manager/Client Partner in a fast-growing client relationship. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
