Client Program Manager
About the job
This role is ideal for someone who understands how engineering, production, and clients must stay aligned in hardware businesses. What you will do • Be the single point of contact for key clients • Provide regular project updates and manage expectations • Track project timelines, hardware builds, and deliveries • Coordinate with hardware, firmware, procurement, and production teams • Ensure milestone payments and invoices are followed up • Manage scope changes and prevent free or unapproved work What we are looking for • 2–6 years of experience in electronics, EMS, or engineering project management • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Ability to handle pressure from clients calmly and professionally • Comfortable working with technical teams and business stakeholders Why join GEPL • Work on real products in medical and industrial electronics • High ownership role with direct impact on company growth • Fast-moving, hands-on environment • You first have to work for 3 months in Kanpur later we'll move you to Delhi NCR.
