Job Summary The Client Relations & Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensures high service satisfaction, and drives company growth within residential and commercial security markets. Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Account Management • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its residential and commercial clients • Maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and site visits • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and coordinating service improvements • Monitor contract compliance and service delivery in collaboration with operations teams • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts • Prepare client reports, service reviews, and renewal proposals Business Development & Sales • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events • Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and security needs evaluations • Prepare and present customized security proposals and pricing structures • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports Market & Industry Awareness • Stay informed on security industry trends, competitors, and emerging client needs • Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, and events • Provide market feedback to leadership to support service development and strategy Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in client relations, sales, or business development (preferably in security services, facilities management, or a related industry) • Strong understanding of residential and commercial security operations is highly desirable • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and proposal preparation Key Skills & Competencies • Client-focused mindset • Sales and negotiation expertise • Strategic thinking and problem-solving • Professional presentation and communication • Strong organizational and time management skills Performance Metrics • Client retention and satisfaction levels • New contracts secured and revenue growth • Expansion of services within existing accounts • Quality and consistency of client communication
