Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in managing Financial Services clients within a Technology Services or IT Services setup. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving account growth, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. This role requires a blend of relationship management, domain understanding of financial services, and experience working with technology delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Financial Services clients (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, FinTech, etc.). - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at both operational and senior stakeholder levels. - Understand client business goals, challenges, and regulatory environments to proactively recommend relevant technology solutions. Account Management & Growth - Own overall account health, including client satisfaction, renewals, and retention. - Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling technology services. - Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposals, RFPs, and client presentations. - Map, Build and nurture key stakeholder relationships, gather market intelligence, advisory role and pitch proactive proposals and POC/POV. Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination - Work closely with delivery, project management, and technical teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements. - Monitor service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure commitments are met or exceeded. Client Advocacy & Feedback - Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and industry best practices. Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Finance, or a related field. - 5–10+ years of experience in client relationship or account management roles. - Proven experience managing Financial Services clients within a Technology Services / IT Services / Digital Transformation environment. - Strong understanding of Financial Services domains such as Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets. - Experience working with technology solutions such as application development, digital platforms, data/analytics, cloud, or managed services. - Open to travel within India to meet, build and nurture customer relationship. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. - Strong commercial and financial acumen. - Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
