Role Overview The Client Reporting / Performance Reporting Process Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end client reporting operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of investment and performance reports to clients and stakeholders. The role focuses on process optimization, quality control, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end client reporting and investment performance reporting processes. • Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of client reports, performance analytics, and portfolio reports. • Oversee preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reporting packages. • Ensure reporting complies with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements. • Drive process optimization and standardization across reporting workflows. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation. • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of performance data, portfolio data, and reporting metrics. • Act as a key point of contact for clients and oversee data validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks.
