Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager based in Kolkata. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Key tasks include addressing client needs, providing solutions, monitoring client accounts, and collaborating with various teams to understand and meet client expectations. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Client Services and Customer Service • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical skills to assess and address client needs effectively • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in client relationship management or a similar role will be advantageous Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships at senior corporate levels. • Proactively follow up with clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities. Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business leads, develop tailored solutions, and drive sales growth by creating compelling concepts and marketing strategies aligned with brand and market needs. Event & Project Execution: • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, operations, production) to ensure flawless delivery of events. Oversee set design, creative assets, and production quality to meet client expectations. Post-Event Closure: • Manage invoicing, payment collection, and final client feedback. Ensure all contractual obligations are met, and payment advice (PA) is closed. Team Leadership & Development: • Supervise team members, assign briefs, conduct performance reviews, and support training and hiring initiatives to strengthen team capabilities. Reporting & Compliance: • Submit weekly and HOD meeting reports, adhere to procurement, contract, and billing procedures, and maintain accurate client and project records.
