Key Responsibilities • Make daily outbound calls to prospective, potential, and existing clients to generate leads and achieve sales targets. • Follow up consistently with new and existing leads to convert them into physical meetings or online presentations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional clients. • Manage and update client information accurately in the CRM system. • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Conduct market research to understand educational trends, institutional requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory guidelines. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client needs. • Prepare customized sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations. • Gain strong domain knowledge to confidently address client queries and position company solutions effectively. Eligibility & Requirements • Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream. • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar industry (preferably Education/EdTech). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets. • Key Competencies: Patience, Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and a Winning Attitude.
