Job Description – Client Servicing Manager Location: Sector 6, Noida Experience: 1–4 Years Basic KRA’s • Understand and interpret detailed client briefs, business objectives, and campaign requirements. • Translate client expectations into structured execution plans for internal teams. • Develop strategic digital solutions aligned with client goals and brand positioning. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication. • Lead end-to-end project planning — scope definition, timelines, deliverables, and execution roadmap. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues efficiently. • Support business development initiatives through client outreach and follow-ups. • Participate in solution pitching and assist in commercial discussions and negotiations. • Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle. What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Digital Marketing / Integrated Campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital campaigns, brand communication, and execution workflows. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. • Critical thinking and structured problem-solving approach. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Client-first mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
