Client Success and Sales Associate
About the job
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success and Sales Associate located in Delhi, India. In this role, you will manage client relationships, ensure client success, support sales efforts, and deliver excellent customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals and client expectations. Roles and Responsibilities • Sales and Relationship Management skills, such as communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutions • Marketing and Digital Marketing knowledge, including an understanding of trends, platforms, and strategies. • Manage client communication primarily through email and handle renewals, follow-ups, and negotiation threads • Maintain and grow existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention • Track deal status and revenue continuity • Time Management and Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
