Roles And Responsibilities: • Assist in onboarding new B2B clients and guiding them through product setup. • Provide basic product training and demonstrations to customers. • Respond to client queries via email, calls, or chat in a timely manner. • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve customer issues. • Track customer interactions and update CRM systems. • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
