Key Responsibilities • Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through the setup and usage of kiosk hardware and software. • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients understand the features and functionalities. • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve hardware and software issues. • Track client concerns and ensure timely resolution. • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the product. • Build relationships to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn. • Gather feedback and suggest improvements based on client needs. • Monitor client usage of the kiosks and software, identifying any gaps or areas for improvement. • Prepare reports on customer engagement and satisfaction. • Work closely with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Provide insights to improve product offerings based on customer feedback. • Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, and support documentation for clients.
