Client Success Executive
About the job
Key Responsibilities: 1. Be the main point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring smooth communication. 2. Onboard new clients and set them up for success from day one. 3. Collect regular feedback to ensure clients feel heard, supported, and valued. 4. Coordinate invoices, ensure timely payments, and follow up as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are on track. 6. Track performance and prepare simple reports to keep management updated. 7. Be proactive in solving issues, improving workflows, and retaining clients. Must have: 1. Fresher / experience in a client-facing role (account management, client servicing, etc.). 2. Basic understanding of digital marketing (you won't run ads, but you'll talk to people who do!). 3. Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or CRMs. Other requirements: 1. Strong communicator — you listen well and speak clearly. 2. Organized and process-oriented — you can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball. 3. Proactive thinker — you notice problems before they happen. 4. People person — you genuinely enjoy building relationships. 5. Hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
