Founder’s Office – Client Success & Lifestyle Coaching Manager | HormoHealth At HormoHealth, we help women solve hormonal challenges (like PCOS) through root-cause lifestyle interventions. We are looking for an operational powerhouse and clinical mind to act as the "Conductor" of our premium coaching program. This is a dynamic hybrid role combining clinical lifestyle coaching, operations, and client success. While our Panel of Clinical Experts handles the core dietary planning, you will be responsible for designing the overarching lifestyle protocols, managing the end-to-end client experience, managing our internal systems, and guiding new inquiries to book their consultation slots. Key Responsibilities: - Lifestyle Planning & Coaching: Create customized lifestyle, habit-building, and holistic protocols that support hormonal health (PCOS). Track daily adherence (Karma Points) and keep clients motivated. - Quality Control & Accountability: Audit and review the dietary protocols created by our Specialist Dietitians to ensure they align perfectly with your lifestyle strategy and HormoHealth’s root-cause standards. - Operations & Scheduling: Flawlessly manage the Notion Consultation and Client CRMs. Handle all appointment scheduling, ensuring zero calendar conflicts between clients and our expert board. - Inquiry Counselling & Booking: Take inbound inquiry calls (5-12 minutes), confidently counsel warm leads on our scientific approach, and assist them in booking or scheduling their consultation slots. Who Can Apply (Education & Experience): - Education: BSc or MSc in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related Life Sciences. - Experience: 1 to 2+ years of experience in clinical coaching, customer success, clinic administration, or operations. - Mindset: You must be highly organized, love managing CRMs, and feel completely confident talking to premium clients and counselling them on their health journey. The Details: - Work Mode: Full-time. Remote or In-office (Zirakpur/Mohali/Panchkula/Chandigarh). - Working Hours: ~12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Aligned with peak client availability). Compensation & Growth: Competitive base salary during the 4 months probation/training phase, with a significant performance-based salary hike post-probation.
