Role: Client Success Manager (CSM) This role is for someone who can own client relationships, handle communication with clarity, and make sure deliverables happen without excuses. What You'll Do • Manage and communicate with clients daily • Collect requirements + ensure timely delivery from internal teams • Track KPIs, project progress, and expectations • Solve client issues before they become problems • Maintain long-term client satisfaction and retention Who We Want • Strong communication & responsibility • Fast learner, proactive, and organised • Ability to push tasks internally and follow up without fear • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a bonus • Interns are welcome — if you perform, you get converted to full-time.
