Role: Client Success Manager (CSM) This role is for someone who can own client relationships, handle communication with clarity, and make sure deliverables happen without excuses.What You'll Do Manage and communicate with clients daily Collect requirements + ensure timely delivery from internal teams Track KPIs, project progress, and expectations Solve client issues before they become problems Maintain long-term client satisfaction and retention Who We Want Strong communication & responsibility Fast learner, proactive, and organised Ability to push tasks internally and follow up without fear Basic understanding of digital marketing is a bonus Interns are welcome — if you perform, you get converted to full-time.
