Customer Experience is a central function supporting our Business Segments and acting as the main customer liaison for their orders. This includes customer queries, order intake and management through to the successful delivery of goods in a complex and challenging B2B environment. This role is a key part of our go to market operation, supporting our sales teams and customers directly through the management of customer queries and order management. As a Client Success Specialist, you will support Indian customers and other customers in South Asia (in collaboration with NAR Customer Experience), within our Outdoor Wireless Networks and Indoor Cellular Networks segments. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking ownership for resolving customer queries and ensuring our customer orders are managed from the point of sale through to delivery and invoice. This will involve working collaboratively across multiple functions to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You Will Make An Impact By • Taking ownership of customer queries and demonstrating initiative in resolving them (via telephone, chat, and email) • Ensuring timely and accurate entry of purchase orders into our ERP systems • Taking ownership to solve any purchase order issues that prevent timely order entry, working with the customer and sales to ensure accurate and clean purchase orders • Ensuring effective order management, including quotation, order receipt, acknowledgment and change requests, collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize/solve any related issues and communicating with the customer as appropriate when required. • Interacting in customer portal to load acknowledgement receipt and invoices on a weekly basis • Coordinating product delivery timelines to align with customer needs, monitoring shipment progress and invoice issuance, and supporting Finance and Sales in accounts receivable collection. • Addressing customer complaints, following up on issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions. • Maintaining long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and satisfaction surveys. • Working closely with sales, logistics, finance and operations teams to resolve customer issues and optimize service processes. • Prioritizing workload to meet deadlines • Participating in business segment meetings including product training, sales meetings, communicating any key information, priorities or issues if required. • Participating and contributing to process enhancement projects. • Supporting the business on specific projects as required. Required Qualifications For Consideration • Bachelor's Degree in any any discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service role. • Proficiency in English language. • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Enjoy working a part of team to deliver results, to learn and to share knowledge. You Will Excite Us If You Have • Ability to collaborate across virtual functions/teams. • Working knowledge of SAP, Business Objectives and CRM dynamics advantageous • Ability to prioritize workload to meet challenging deadlines. • Ability to perform a wide variety of task, multitask efficiently and work under pressure. • Proficiency in the use Microsoft tools – especially Excel and Outlook.
