About the Role The Client Success – Specialist plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success. This position involves regular client communication, managing social media calendars, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables align with client goals and brand standards. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Client Communication & Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Conduct regular client meetings to track progress against objectives • Collect, document, and manage client requirements efficiently • Respond promptly to client queries across all communication platforms • Manage client reviews, approvals, and (where applicable) lead lists 2. Issue Resolution & Escalation • Address client concerns by coordinating with relevant internal teams • Communicate action plans and progress clearly to clients • Escalate recurring issues (3–4 instances) to the reporting manager for swift resolution 3. Social Media Calendar Planning & Management • Develop and manage monthly social media calendars aligned with client objectives • Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed MSA requirements • Review creatives and content to ensure brand consistency • Ensure timely publishing of content across social platforms • Manage comments and DMs across platforms in a timely manner • Prepare monthly performance reports aligned with predefined goals 4. Internal Coordination • Act as the primary internal point of contact for assigned clients • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery • Reprioritize tasks and manage timelines in consultation with teams before client communication Required Skills & Competencies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities • Strong time management and organizational skills • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms • Ability to conceptualize and communicate campaign strategies aligned with client objectives Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
