Company: NeoNXT, a NeoSOFT Company Experience Required: 4–8 years in Cloud Sales / Account Management / Cloud Business Development Role Overview We are seeking a Cloud Account Manager responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients while driving new cloud business opportunities. The role involves identifying opportunities for cloud migration, modernization, and managed services while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify new business opportunities for cloud migration, modernization, and managed services. • Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and key stakeholders. • Work closely with Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Cloud Delivery teams. • Drive upselling and cross-selling of cloud services. • Understand customer technical and business requirements. • Lead client discussions, proposals, and negotiations. • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term growth. Required Skills and Experience • 4–8 years of experience in Cloud Sales, Account Management, or Cloud Business Development. • Must have hands on AWS Sales Experience. • Experience selling Cloud Migration, Managed Services, or Cloud Infrastructure. • Understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work with technical and delivery teams. • Strong revenue ownership mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in cloud services companies or IT services organizations. • Exposure to Cloud Managed Services. • Experience working with Inside Sales and Pre-Sales teams. • Understanding of cloud cost optimization and cloud transformation.
