It not only changes how we store and access data but, will also fundamentally improve how our business operates. Cloud enables innovation and delivery at cost effective scale and a pace by removing barriers and providing foundations for digital business transformation. The TMICC Cloud Technology Excellence Office (CTEO) team has a vision to enable Cloud Transformation to drive a Next Generation Technology model for innovation and growth across TMICC. The goal of a Cloud Architecture/Design & Product Lead is to support CTEO’s customers to transform their business problems through cloud architecture solutions. You will assist delivery teams through the analysis of specific business requirements for alignment with technology architecture, deliver quality customer solutions, and communicate progress to customer engagement teams. You will demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Cloud Architecture/Design & Product Lead works as a leading subject matter expert, focusing on the optimization of the enterprise cloud platforms for manageability, scalability, security, and reliability. They will work very closely with Cloud Product Specialists on defining cloud products and services. Role Description - Create functional requirements and use cases for common services across multiple applications. - Perform reviews of test cases, user acceptance testing, develop demo scenarios, perform demos of the Cloud Products functionality. - Assist in beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. - Create and support demo scenarios, demo scripts, etc. - Conduct walk-throughs and signoffs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs. - Develop detailed requirements, features, user interface mock ups, storyboards, use cases, or other artifacts required to ensure a successful and quality product. - Work closely with the TMICC Business Stakeholders and CTEO Design & Architecture team to analyse and assess best process/systems changes that meet the needs of TMICC`s customers. - You will be expected to report out and provide status updates on projects to CTEO Cloud Design Architecture & Product Lead. - Act as a team representative in cross functional project teams. - Troubleshoot and discuss technical solutions with appropriate development teams. - Identify and analyse problems associated with the Product release. - Document and improve functional processes to ensure quality of work and consistency. - Provide training to the business to educate on release system tools, and business requirements to ensure for a timely/accurate new product introduction. - Key to this role, you will need to be competent in Product Managing cloud-native, hybrid, or multi-cloud solutions to meet the customer’s needs. - Create and own content and lead workshops on technical topics with the customer. - Engage with technical stakeholders of the customer team and third parties to understand how their systems work, be able to highlight where efficiencies or cloud-native services could improve their environment. - Coordinates with various departments and roles to assure that all changes fit within the overall direction of the TMICC CTEO team from both a functional, technical, & support perspective. Key Skills And Relevant Experience - Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud. - Experience in Cloud Native technologies on automation of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) deployments in a blue green manner. - Experience in Product Managing/AI Enabling/Automating New Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities to improve a new or existing environment. - Previously supported a Product Services strategy and the building of platform products & services. - Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Product Management experience or qualifications in: Product analysis, go-to-market activities and product design discussions. - Certification requirements Azure - AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. Candidates would be required to show demonstration of a range of skills and behaviors.
