Key responsibilities: • As the Cluster Head – Residential Sales, you will be responsible for leading and driving residential property sales across multiple projects within an assigned cluster. • Managing on-site and central sales teams, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a superior customer experience from lead generation to closure. • Head residential sales operations across multiple real estate projects in the assigned cluster. • Lead, manage, and mentor project sales heads, sales managers, and on-site sales teams. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and personalized service. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. • Drive achievement of booking, revenue, and collection targets across all projects. • Develop and execute sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional schemes for each project. • Monitor daily/weekly sales performance and take corrective actions as required. • Manage channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents across projects. • Handle key customer escalations and support high-value negotiations and closures. • Track market trends, competition, pricing, and customer preferences within the cluster. • Provide regular MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.
