Job Summary: The Cluster Head / Sr. Manager – Wireline Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and expanding the wireline business (Internet Lease Line, and related services) across the assigned cluster. The role includes achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, managing channel partners, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth • Drive Wireline sales (Internet Lease Line, Enterprise Connectivity) in the assigned cluster. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. 2. Team Management • Lead and manage sales team. • Set targets and monitor team performance. • Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance evaluations. 3. Channel & Partner Development • Develop and manage relationships with LCOs, distributors, and channel partners. • Expand partner network to increase market reach. • Ensure partner engagement and productivity. 4. Market Expansion • Plan cluster-level strategies for customer acquisition. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Identify high-potential areas such as societies, commercial hubs, and enterprise locations. 5. Customer Relationship Management • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and enterprise clients. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. • Support retention and upselling initiatives. 6. Operations & Reporting • Monitor daily sales activities and prepare MIS reports. • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Service Delivery, and Finance. • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
