Cluster/Deputy Cluster Product Owner GPAM (Global Privileged Access Management) Overall objectives of Job • E2E responsibility for GPAM (Global Privileged Access Management) cluster, representing the products towards internal and external stakeholders often on Senior/OE Executive level. • Overall leadership of the GPAM team within the global Allianz Technology organization. • Accountable for the GPAM vision, mission and responsible for communication and alignment. • Accountable for GPAM technical set-up and processes, ensuring service stability and security. • Responsible for GPAM demand and supply strategy as well as ‘Pitching’ the service to OEs, identifying and clarifying potential demand. • Responsible for GPAM service strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery, aligning product development and operating model with a large number of OE stakeholders. • Enthusiastic about Agility in Business and IT and the cultivation of an Agile “You Build it – You Run it” GPAM team. Qualification & Experience Expertise • 10+ years’ experience in Privileged Access Management with at least 3 years as Product Owner preferably in IAM domain. Qualifications • Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field. • Certification in Product Management and development like CSPO, PSPO etc. • Certified as Scaled Agile Practitioner - SAFe 4 Practitioner (SP) Skills/Specific Tasks/Activities Performed • Privileged Access Management Solution (Expert) • Stakeholder Management and Communication (Expert) • Program and Project Management (Expert) • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills (Expert) • Agile Leadership (Intermediate) • Service Operations and Processes (Intermediate) • Basic AI knowledge is mandatory Functional / Domain • Experience in IAM solutions (e.g. Cyberark, oneIdentity, DirectoryServices – onside / cloud, PKI) with strong knowledge of PAM concepts and understanding of security, risks and governance.
