About the job

Selected Mentor's day-to-day responsibilities include: • Conduct in-person sessions at the assigned premise. • Deliver sessions in an interactive way for Data Structures & Algorithms. • Take care of the doubts of Students. • Explain complex concepts in an understandable way. • Use real-world examples for student comprehension. • Assist in conducting weekly tests on platforms like Hackerrank/CodeChef, etc. • Work on helping students develop and maintain DSA concepts. Skills: • The Mentor should have a good understanding of the concepts such as Core Java or Cpp, Data Structures & Algorithms. • Competitive coding and Dynamic Programming knowledge would be a plus. Perks: • Competitive pay structure. • Food, travel and accommodation will be taken care of by the organization. • Work days: 5 days/week. • Work hours: approx 4-6 hrs/day.
