🚀 Cofounder Wanted | Fundraising & Strategy | HealthTech We are building Doculture — a doctor-led platform aimed at improving how medical students and doctors learn, connect, and grow beyond textbooks and exam-centric systems. The product is currently in MVP stage, with pilots underway. We are preparing for pre-seed / seed fundraising, while remaining open to bootstrapping until the right capital comes in. We are looking for a Cofounder – Fundraising & Strategy who has personally raised angel / pre-seed / seed rounds multiple times. ⸻🔍 What We’re Looking For: • Hands-on fundraising experience (not advisory) • Strong angel / micro-VC network • Ability to own investor narrative, outreach, and closing • Deep understanding of early-stage deal structures ⸻🎯 What You’ll Own: • Fundraising strategy and execution • Investor conversations and negotiations • Capital planning aligned with product milestones ⸻🤝 Structure: • Equity-heavy role (8–15%, vesting) • Founder-level ownership from day one ⸻📩 Interested?
