Job Summary We are looking for a Cohort Program Manager to own and drive the success of a specific learner cohort (Year of Graduation–based, e.g., 2nd-year students). This role is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the end-to-end cohort program with a strong focus on student engagement, retention, renewals, NPS, and early placement confidence. The Cohort Program Manager acts as the voice of the cohort and works closely with academic, product, placement, and student success teams to improve learner outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end journey of an assigned learner cohort and act as the single point of accountability for cohort outcomes. - Design and execute cohort-specific engagement programs, including live classes, revision sessions, assessments, workshops, podcasts, and achiever interactions. - Drive student participation and consistency across learning, live sessions, workshops, and assessments. - Work on retention, renewals, and churn reduction by identifying early risk signals and launching targeted interventions. - Improve NPS and overall learner sentiment through structured feedback collection, analysis, and closure loops. - Build early placement visibility and confidence through placement updates, achiever sessions, internship spotlights, and readiness initiatives. - Collaborate with Academic, Product, Placement, and Student Success teams to recommend curriculum, feature, and experience improvements based on cohort feedback. - Track cohort-level metrics and present insights, risks, and action plans to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Preferred Skills & Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in Program Management, Student Success, Customer Success, Operations, or Community Management roles - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage a cohort like a mini business unit - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills - Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high accountability - Experience in EdTech or learner-focused programs is a strong plus What We Offer - Opportunity to directly impact student success, retention, and long-term placement outcomes - High-ownership role with exposure to product, academics, and growth initiatives - Collaborative, fast-growing startup environment - Competitive compensation aligned with role impact
