Role Description We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, on-site role as a Cold Calls Specialist for Marketing Services at our Raipur location. The role involves reaching out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce NextGenX’s marketing services, identifying their needs, and scheduling follow-up consultations. You will engage in market research to understand target demographics and competitor strategies, maintain client records, and contribute to the development of personalized marketing approaches. Strong communication and closing skills will be essential in achieving targets and building client relationships. Qualifications • Strong verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential clients effectively • Market Research and analytical skills to identify key trends and customer needs • Proven Sales and lead generation experience, with the ability to close deals • Understanding of Marketing Strategies and techniques • Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment • A proactive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally • Prior experience in digital marketing or sales is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
