Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections professional, based in Bhadrak. The individual will be responsible for managing debt collections, ensuring timely cash collection, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role involves effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to financial protocols. Qualifications • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection methods • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers • Exceptional Customer Service skills to enhance client relationships • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices • Organizational and time management skills • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Proficiency in relevant software and systems related to collections is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
