What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: - Define Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the Strategy Lead to define the strategic programs and quarterly/half-yearly plans required to achieve India’s multi-year plan (MYP) objectives and bookings targets. - Collaborate on Execution & Insights: Work cross-functionally with India Commercial stakeholders and global Commercial Excellence teams to translate strategic requirements into operational frameworks, driving the implementation of transformational programs and gathering intelligence on customer buying trends. - Ensure Strategic Delivery: Track progress on key strategic programs, develop robust business cases and financial models, and ensure cross-functional alignment and the delivery of measurable outcomes for the India business.
