A Commercial Lead for AI products (Global) will be responsible working in the Artificial Intelligence team, Linde's AI global corporate division engaged with real business challenges and opportunities in multiple countries. Focus of this role is to support the AI team with extending existing and building new AI products for a vast amount of use cases across Linde’s business and value chain. You'll collaborate across different business and corporate functions in international team composed of Project Managers, Data Scientists, Data and Software Engineers in the AI team and others in the Linde's Global AI team. What will you do? • You will develop transformative AI use cases together with business and scout for external technologies • Driving Linde AI end-to-end product activities and first of a kind product service offerings in collaboration with Business Units, Corporate Functions and external partners will be your main tasks • You will also lead end2end product development with internal and external data scientist, software engineers • Furthermore you will work with potential partners, initiate exploratory talks, build consensus with senior executives internal and external to Linde • Preparing and aligning commercial business impact estimates with senior stakeholders in the Linde business and productivity or finance teams will be you day-to-day challenge • Last but not least you will act as key service contact for Linde departments in all relevant Linde AI use-case topics Do you have what it takes? • You have a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation roles, preferably in a tech or industrial setting • Experience in GenAI and AI Agents is a strong plus • You are able to demonstrate successful track record of executing international projects (all phases) independently, from concept to sign-off • You have strong financial background, analytical, due diligent with business and financial modelling skills, consulting background is a plus • You show ability to start & execute projects independently • To be successful in your role you are a strong communicator • Willingness to take over the leadership for multiple projects with own budget and schedule responsibility • You possess a deep understanding of Linde business, Linde core value, and operating model • Strong knowhow in one or two business areas of Linde is preferred • You are able to connect people and ideas, deduct value, convince and motivate stakeholders in matrix organization and build synergies Why you will love working for us!
