About the Role Bridgeway Power Services is building and operating long-term solar power assets for commercial and industrial consumers. We are looking for a Commercial Manager to support project origination, commercial coordination, and deal execution for upcoming solar projects. Key Responsibilities: • Support identification and evaluation of new solar project opportunities (C&I / utility-scale) • Coordinate with: • landowners and local intermediaries • commercial & industrial power consumers • internal technical and operations teams • Manage commercial discussions within approved pricing and contract structures • Drive timely closure of LOIs, term sheets, and commercial agreements • Ensure accurate documentation and smooth transition from commercial closure to execution • Maintain an organised pipeline of opportunities and status updates What This Role Is Not: • This is not a retail sales role • This is not channel or distributor sales • This role does not involve ad-hoc pricing or custom deal structuring • This is not a commission-heavy, target-chasing position Candidate Profile: Experience: • 5–10 years of relevant experience in: • Solar / renewable energy commercial roles • C&I power procurement or open access • Utility or DISCOM commercial functions • Infrastructure leasing or project coordination Skills & Traits: • Strong commercial discipline • Comfortable working with standard templates and processes • Clear communicator, calm under pressure • Ability to walk away from non-viable opportunities • Preference for structured work environments over aggressive selling What We Offer: • Stable, long-term role in a growing renewable energy platform • Clear scope and defined responsibilities • Competitive fixed compensation with limited performance-linked upside • Opportunity to work on meaningful, long-duration infrastructure projects
