This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Commercial Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and addressing customer inquiries. The Commercial Sales Executive will also contribute to market analysis and the development of sales strategies, ensuring the company's continued growth and success in its commercial ventures. Qualifications: • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills • Proficiency in Market Research, Analysis, and Strategic Planning • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure • Knowledge of the Real Estate, Automobiles, or related industries is a plus • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
