Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Nashik for the role of Commercial Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead and manage sales operations, develop strategic business plans, oversee customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities also include supervising sales performance, nurturing client partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth. Qualifications • Strong background in Sales and Sales Management • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and to build strong client relationships • Proven experience in leading sales teams and meeting targets • Prior experience in the mining or construction equipment industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
