Role Overview We are looking for a Community Building & Influencer Partnerships Manager who will build a strong, science-backed digital community around Lemmorte. The primary focus will be: • Strategic influencer tie-ups • Script & content direction aligned with brand science • Ensuring high-quality, compliant, conversion-focused content • Building long-term brand advocates (not just one-time promotions) This role is both creative + analytical and requires strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities A. Influencer Identification & Tie-ups • Identify and shortlist relevant influencers (Dermatologists, Skincare creators, Haircare educators, UGC creators) • Categorize into: • Micro (10k–50k) • Mid-tier (50k–250k) • Macro (250k+) • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing • Build long-term collaborations instead of one-off posts • Maintain influencer database with performance tracking B. Script & Content Direction • Draft structured scripts aligned with: • Scientific positioning of Lemmorte • Ingredient-led storytelling • Problem–solution–proof framework • Ensure: • No exaggerated claims • Regulatory-safe communication • Strong hooks (first 3 seconds impact) • Guide influencers on: • Tone • Visual format • Demonstration method • Before-after positioning (where compliant) C. Content Execution & Quality Control • Review content before posting • Ensure: • Correct ingredient pronunciation • Correct product claims • Brand alignment • Coordinate reshoots if required • Ensure delivery as per contract D. Community Building • Develop ambassador programs • Create private WhatsApp / Telegram communities for repeat buyers • Encourage UGC participation • Run: • Giveaways • Live sessions • Q&A sessions • "Ask the Expert" campaigns E. Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis • Track: • CTR • Engagement Rate • Saves & Shares • Conversion Rate • CAC per influencer • Identify high-performing influencer types • Build monthly influencer performance reports Required Skills & Competencies Must Have • 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing (Beauty/Skincare preferred) • Strong script writing ability • Understanding of skincare ingredients • Negotiation skills • Basic analytics understanding Good to Have • Dermatology brand experience • Prior community management experience • Familiarity with Meta Ads & content boosting • Knowledge of compliance in cosmetic claims Personality Fit We are looking for someone who is: • Detail-oriented • Science-curious • Strong communicator • Proactive & relationship-driven • Strategic thinker, not just execution-focused KPIs (Performance Indicators) • Number of quality influencer tie-ups per month • Cost per collaboration vs revenue generated • Increase in organic brand mentions • Growth in engaged community members • Repeat collaboration rate Compensation Structure • Fixed Salary (As per experience) • Performance Incentive linked to: • Influencer ROI • Community growth • Conversion targets Why This Role is Important for Lemmorte Lemmorte is positioned as a science-backed dermatology skincare brand.
