Role Overview: Egnyte is looking for a passionate and data-driven Community Marketing Manager for a 6-month contract engagement to lead, moderate, and expand their online Customer Community. As the key driver of Community engagement, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, moderating discussions, and increasing membership to ensure a thriving and valuable resource for all members. Key Responsibilities: - **Community Growth:** - Drive growth of the Egnyte Community by increasing registered users and new sign-ups through targeted programs and customer journey touchpoints. - Establish engagement benchmarks and refine tactics based on performance analysis to enhance member interaction and retention. - **Community Content:** - Create, curate, and facilitate compelling content to foster a content-rich community environment. - Define content themes that balance education, advocacy, and peer connection. - Activate champions to contribute discussions, how-to posts, AMAs, and best practices. - Design and implement Community campaigns aligned with business objectives like product launches, beta programs, and events. - **Community Moderation:** - Monitor all posts and respond to general product-related questions by referencing Egnyte Helpdesk, University, or website resources. - Ensure timely responses within defined SLAs and track recurring questions or friction points to share trends with relevant teams. - **Platform Operations & Integrations:** - Manage and maintain the Community platform, including integrations with Gainsight CS, SFDC, Zendesk, Skilljar, and Product board. - Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless data flow between systems. - **Reporting:** - Own the Community analytics dashboard and provide regular reports to stakeholders on Community health, growth, and impact on various metrics. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of B2B SaaS Community Management experience, preferably with the Gainsight platform. - Ability to develop and execute community growth strategies, drive engagement, foster peer support, and increase product adoption. - Experience in managing community content programming and engagement initiatives. - Strong moderation skills to enforce guidelines, manage escalations, and maintain a high-quality member experience. - Proficiency in data-driven storytelling and executive stakeholder reporting.
