We are looking for a Community Outreach Manager who can build strong connections between Boba Bhai and the communities we serve. Role Overview The Community Outreach Manager will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with local communities, creators, partners, and customers to strengthen Boba Bhai’s brand presence across cities. This role focuses on driving engagement, organizing events, building partnerships, and creating a loyal brand community around Boba Bhai. Key Responsibilities Community Engagement • Build and manage Boba Bhai’s local community presence across cities. • Engage with college communities, youth groups, and culture-driven audiences. • Develop programs that encourage customers to become brand advocates. Partnerships & Collaborations • Identify and build partnerships with: • Colleges and universities • Creator communities • Cultural clubs • Lifestyle brands • Local businesses • Drive cross-brand collaborations that increase brand visibility. Events & Activations • Plan and execute community-focused events such as: • Store launch activations • College events • Cultural nights (K-pop, anime, youth culture) • Product tasting events • Manage event logistics and on-ground brand representation. Brand Ambassador Programs • Create and manage campus ambassador programs. • Build a network of local brand champions who promote Boba Bhai organically. Feedback & Insights • Gather customer insights and community feedback. • Share insights with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience. Community Growth • Build and nurture Boba Bhai fan communities online and offline. • Encourage user-generated content and organic brand conversations. Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years experience in community management, partnerships, events, PR, or marketing • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience organizing events or brand activations • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Passion for youth culture, food brands, and experiential marketing Preferred Experience • Experience working with consumer brands, startups, or QSR brands • Experience managing campus programs or influencer communities • Background in events, partnerships, or marketing What You’ll Work On • Community programs across multiple cities • Store launch events and cultural activations • Brand collaborations and creator partnerships • Building the Boba Bhai community ecosystem Why Join Boba Bhai • Be part of one of India’s fastest growing QSR brands • Work on high-energy brand experiences and community activations • Opportunity to shape the culture and voice of a rapidly expanding brand • Collaborate with a dynamic team building the future
