Position Purpose: Enables Sandoz to competitively and cost-effectively hire and retain talent through the development & maintenance of the Sandoz global year-end compensation cycle. Contributes to the achievement of business goals through efficient processes and systems. Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Management of the annual year-end compensation cycle, including budget management, and communications to the P&O Organization and Business Units. • Subject matter expert for any questions related to job evaluation, benchmarking, the annual year-end compensation process and global rewards policies and processes. • Supports business updates to management audiences (including financial impact) and the preparation of themes and documentation where social consultation is required. • Develops and implements continuous improvements to address new requirements. • Supports the total rewards capability building and communication working closely together with the P&O organization to educate and advise the annual year-end compensation cycle and reward policies. • Acts as a business partner to the P&O Organization and Business Units, providing support and taking input on improvement areas. • Manages the reward systems, supports the development of a Sandoz Workday solution and manages the external vendors. • Develops analytics to support business decisions and measuring the effectiveness of reward programs. • Interacts closely with the P&O Analytics team. Manages the pay equity and transparency initiatives. What you'll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: • Bachelor / first university degree or equivalent professional experience. • 8+ years of applicable experience • Experience in Rewards or other P&O discipline • Strong experience in global operations Desirable Requirements: • Strategic & Adaptive Leadership • Collaborative & Digital Mindset • Rewards Program Design Why Sandoz?
