About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Competitive Intelligence professional to join our team in Bangalore. This role is essential in driving our understanding of the competitive landscape and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Market & Competitive Research: Conduct extensive research on competitors, market trends, and industry developments to provide timely and relevant intelligence. Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor products, services, and go-to-market strategies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Data Collection & Synthesis: Gather data from multiple sources, including public domain information, third-party research, and internal analytics, to create comprehensive reports. Insight Development: Transform raw data and research findings into actionable insights that inform product marketing strategies and help define positioning. Reporting & Presentation: Develop and deliver concise, visual reports and presentations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate key findings and recommendations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams to align competitive intelligence efforts with business objectives and contribute to sales enablement. Trend Monitoring: Regularly track industry news, market developments, and competitor activities to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or business analysis. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and create clear, actionable insights. Proficiency in research and competitive intelligence tools and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling reports and presentations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product teams is a plus.
