Compliance Analyst/Manager

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst/Manager to join our Financial Operations team in Hyderabad. The role involves working closely with attorneys and compliance professionals to ensure business activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements. The Compliance team is responsible for implementing and enforcing policies and procedures across multiple regulations. This position offers broad exposure to trading, operations, and technology teams, as well as hands-on experience handling real-time compliance issues. Key Responsibilities: • Support compliance oversight of financial operations and trading activities. • Implement and monitor regulatory policies and procedures. • Collaborate with legal, operations, and technology teams. • Address real-time compliance matters and regulatory changes. Required Skills: • Compliance reporting for SEC, CFTC, FCA, ESMA. Additional Information: • Please note that the candidate should be working on actual submissions such as US Long filing, Form PF, CPO PQR, 13G, 13D.
