RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for preparation of standalone financial statements and quarterly financial results of Allcargo Logistics Limited • Preparation of reports, ensuring the financial records are maintained in compliance with GAAP, IndAs and internal policies and procedures • Prepare standalone balance sheet schedules and investigate any abnormal balances • Preparation of intercompany elimination and consolidation entries on a quarterly basis • Support in preparation of consolidated balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statement on a quarterly basis and consolidated financial statements • Coordinate and review balance sheet variance analysis • Coordinate and assist with various statutory filings • Assist with various year-end tax packages • Support month-end close as needed PROFILE REQUIREMENT: • A CA qualified professional with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. • Experience in financial statement preparation with an emphasis on GAAP. • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results under a strict reporting schedule. • Minimum 1 year of progressive experience that includes public accounting experience in a fast growing company (ideally public listed)
