About the Business Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities • Provide end-to-end leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of projects for the team. • Oversee project governance, cost, schedule, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. • Lead engagement with contractors, design consultants, and global partners for on-time, quality-driven execution. • Maintain strong focus on safety, compliance, and sustainability across all construction activities. • Work with Org Leader in defining scope of work and managing specific projects as appropriate. • Standardization of processes within the organization. • Enable strategic alignment and drive overall efficiency. • Facilitate communication, fostering collaboration, ensuring close loop on risks, issues and dependencies. • Solve interdependence and be ahead on upcoming project execution deliverables, working through vendors and key stakeholders. • Risk management. • Enable change management, and traction and resolution to change requests. • Collaborate and collate work progress across other functions, create dashboards to bring management visibility for decision making.
