Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Sales professional, located in Pune. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The individual will develop and maintain customer relationships, lead sales initiatives, conduct product demonstrations, and provide training as needed. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process. Qualifications • Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets and manage sales pipelines • Experience in Training and capacity to share knowledge with team members to drive performance • Proactive attitude with excellent teamwork and organizational skills • Familiarity with the real estate or construction industry is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
