Our Client, A leading global FMCG Firm, is looking for a Consultant to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team in Finance as they drive reporting and aid the business in outperformance. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting document and automate month end processes and Global reporting submissions for the business ensuring on time and qualitative submission • Work with business teams and partnering them to identify and close identified governance issues • Problem solving and resolution • Participating in projects related to standardization, digitalization, automation or new process implementation • Supporting within the team on operational aspects as well as ongoing streams of work Skills Required • Financial Accounting and Reporting knowledge • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mind-set. • Effective Communication: Fluent in English, oral and written • Stakeholders Management • IT skills – excellent level of computer literacy (incl excel & SAP) • Team working – demonstrate commitment to the team in helping to achieve goals; proactively share best practice, ideas and insights with colleagues • Agility and ability to adjust quickly to changes • Strong in holding self and others accountable
