Consultant - Internal Rating (SME)

About the job

Key Responsibilities • Liasoning with internal & external stakeholders on processes for credit rating models for SME borrowers, including methodology design, variable selection, scoring logic, data assessment & documentation • Supporting portfolio & credit risk assessments, integrating model outputs into underwriting, creating Early Warning Signals (EWS), and the Risk monitoring framework of SME portfolio. • Preparing various rating reports, documenting client risk profiles, mitigants, financial analysis, and sharing well-supported rating rationales with the Risk team for circulation to Credit Committee and Senior management. Required Skills & Technical Proficiency Domain Expertise • Strong knowledge of Internal rating models, Credit Analytics, SME lending, Credit Underwriting, internal rating frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Experience and Qualifications Location: Mumbai (On-site) Duration: 3 Months (Contract / Project-based) Experience: At least 3 years relevant work experience Qualification: CA / MBA
