As a Consulting Program Lead role in Experience Consulting team, you will actively collaborate with a cross-functional team including a diverse set of UX Designers, DEV Engineers, Product Managers to ensure that our entire client delivery including accelerators and applications have the best usability as well as engaging user experience for end-users. This role requires a thorough understanding of the balance between business, design and our customer requirements to serve the brand’s purpose, business missions and customer needs.The ideal candidate is solution-driven, has a strong design portfolio, and is up to date with UX trends, but equally thrives in client-facing conversations, proposals, and pitches. They will mentor managers across portfolios, champion design excellence, and spearhead initiatives that elevate the focus on user experience on client engagements.Roles And Responsibilities:• Own and lead one or more portfolios covering various client accounts to ensure delivery excellence, consistency, and client satisfaction across portfolios.• Actively participate in proposals, RFPs, and new business pitches with innovative UX ideas; and identify opportunities to expand scope within existing accounts.• Drive thought leadership in terms of publishing, presenting, and representing the design driven solutioning aspects across different internal and external forums.• Mentor and coach multi-faceted designers into stronger strategic roles; as well as foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and design excellence.• Balance business requirements, user needs, and technology constraints in order to champion inclusive and accessible design principles.• Be an enthusiastic problem solver and display ownership for all design related deliverables on one or more client accounts where you are assigned as a lead.• Ensure that the latest design patterns and industry trends are considered to evolve the design direction of custom and BI applications• Lead different AI driven inclusive experiences for BI dashboards, custom mobile and web applications, proposal designs, etc.Preferred Education And Expertise:• 15+ years of design industry experience where at least 12 years has relevant expertise in UX Design, Product Design, or related areas.• Strong design portfolio showcasing high impact client projects where complex, solution-driven UX work has been executed with measurable impact.• Experience mentoring designers as well as building leadership pipelines to focus on effective problem solving and see the bigger picture .• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with ability to influence senior client stakeholders to realize value through design.• Has a consulting mindset with excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design decisions in words and writing effectively.
