About the job

Purpose of the Job To work closely with research and Marketing agencies and identify opportunities for New product development, Marketing and communication channel enhancements. The incumbent will be required to oversee necessary consumer research, and evaluate/optimize research plans. Deliverables • Lead and manage comprehensive consumer and brand research initiatives to gather valuable insights for strategic decision making. • Develop and implement research methodologies ensuring they align with industry best practices • Utilize advances analytics and market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape and consumer behavior. • Internal stakeholder alignments including compliance, legal, alliances, sales, finance, SCM etc. • Analyzing Marketing and Brand KPIs for campaigns including Awareness, Preference, ITP etc. • Achieving Business KPIs for campaigns including throughput, usage etc. Decision level Prime: • End to End research development and execution. Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis: • Consumer Awareness and Preference. • Performance and growth Marketing • Business KPI achievement. Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others – Product development, Consumer immersion and decision on positioning and comms. Dimension • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation with experience of using various tools and software • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey findings to a diverse audience • Proven track record of managing end to end research projects from conception to actionable insights. • Ability to evaluate communication strategy, campaign marketing mix and creatives. • Good written and verbal communications skills. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. • Knowledge of the banking and Insurance industry and various financial products is an added advantage.
