Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Manager role located in Lucknow. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of content strategies. Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and managing content across various digital platforms, ensuring quality and alignment with overall marketing goals. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to optimize content for SEO, lead generation, and audience engagement. Additional tasks may include supervising content creation projects, proofreading, and analyzing content performance. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Content Management • Proficiency in SEO, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing strategies • Skills in Social Media Marketing and managing Google My Business profiles • Ability to manage Professional Shoots and ensure visually appealing content • Excellent proofreading, editing, and communication skills • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative and marketing teams • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred • Experience in managing and analyzing content performance metrics to inform strategy
